Travel With Like-Minded People
“Some journeys become richer because of the people you share them with.”
O ver several nights, like-minded travellers come together around a shared curiosity — discovering South Africa through the conversations, experiences and moments that naturally unfold when people with similar interests travel together. There are shared tables, new perspectives and the pleasure of discovering something extraordinary alongside people who understand why it matters. Yet within the journey, there is still space to make it your own. To follow a personal interest. To linger a little longer. To discover something that speaks to you.
Shared passions bring you together. The journey leaves room for every story to unfold differently.
Among Vines & Barrels
“Some journeys become richer because of the people you share them with.”
T he journey begins amongst vineyards and mountains, where a shared love of wine, food and discovery brings the group together. A tasting becomes a conversation. A conversation becomes lunch. Stories are exchanged over another glass of wine, and strangers slowly begin to feel more familiar.
Beyond the shared experiences, there is also time to wander Stellenbosch's oak-lined streets, explore its galleries and boutiques, or follow your own curiosity towards something unexpected.
Cape Town Curiosity
“Full of Discovery”
T hen the group arrives in Cape Town. The mountain rises above the city, the ocean stretches along its edge and every direction seems to offer another story.
Perhaps the day begins together at Table Mountain or wandering through Kirstenbosch. Maybe it leads to the colourful streets of the Bo-Kaap, an art gallery, the coastline or a table somewhere worth lingering over. Along the way, everyone follows a slightly different path. One drawn towards art. Another towards food. Another simply wanting to wander. At Vindigo, we make space for each traveller to follow what inspires them. Later, there are stories to bring back to the table.
Different discoveries. Shared again.
The Waterberg
“Together, Then Quietly Apart”
T hen the landscape begins to open. The city falls away behind you, replaced by wide horizons and the quieter rhythm of the bush. Here, anticipation is shared. The early morning. The drive ahead. The possibility of something extraordinary waiting beyond the next bend.
For these nights, the group stays at a private lodge reserved exclusively for you. It becomes a place to settle into the rhythm of the wilderness together, with the freedom and privacy to make the space your own. And then, as the day settles, the wilderness offers something different.
Space. Time to sit quietly. To watch. To think.
Later, stories return to the table alongside beautiful food and wine, each person carrying a slightly different version of the day.
Together for the wonder. With space for the journey to mean something personal, too.
By the end of eighteen nights, it is the small moments that stay with you.
A conversation over wine. A view discovered together. A meal that lingered. A place you wandered into and never expected to find.
What began as a shared passion becomes a collection of stories — each traveller leaving with something uniquely their own.
Travel together. Follow what inspires you. And leave with a story entirely your own.
